Bad Credit Card Loans

A bad credit card is just precisely that: a card with a very bad or low credit limit.

Tips to maintain good credit history

First, keep track of how you're spending your money. Don't you wonder where it all goes anyway? Try to write down every expenditure for at least one month. Some of the totals may surprise you. Estimate expenses for any items that did not come up for that month so that you have a complete picture of your average monthly expenses (rent, utilities, insurance, entertainment, membership dues, auto registration, etc.).

Next, figure out your net monthly income. Net income is the amount you end up with after deductions, such as taxes, are made.

There are 2 types of Credit Cards:

1. Secured

The secured credit cards are the bad credit cards. These cards are grounded on the size of the account a person has.

2. Unsecured

Unsecured credit cards are the accounts that are free from the limits of a bank account. These credit cards are also known as "pre-paid credit cards" for there is only a fixed amount that can be used and the holder is the one who puts it there.
